Signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Guotai Eastar Company 

and Suzhou Yutong Silk Garments Company was held in Suzhou

On August 8, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Guotai Eastar Company and Suzhou Yutong Silk Garments Company (shorted as Suzhou Yutong) was held at the InterContinental Hotel in Suzhou. Mr. Cai Dongsheng, president of Guotai Eastar Company, and Mr. Xu Danxuan, general manager of Suzhou Yutong company attended the ceremony. Mr. Zhao Hanli, General Manager of Guotai Eastar Company, hosted the signing ceremony.

Suzhou Yutong is a large high-class women garments manufacturing company in Jiangsu area. Through equity acquisition of such four subsidiary factories of Suzhou Yutong as Suzhou Yutong headquarters, Jingjiang Yutong, Yangzhou Yutong, Taixing Yutong, the strategic cooperation of both parties makes Guotai Eastar Company to have four boutique clothing processing bases more with additional annual processing capacity of 3 million pieces, which laid a solid foundation for the goal of sales and profits doubled of Guotai Eastar Company during the period of Thirteen Five-Year.
